Practical information
We meet the first Thursday of every month, anytime between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We are keeping it flexible!
📍 Where we meet: Anyone is welcome to suggest a location! The keyholder will also always provide two options for us to choose from:
A free public space (like a park where we can bring a mat, or an indoor public spot since Denmark has so many great ones).
A cozy café. ☕🌳
We also have access to the library and we can meet there if we prebook it.
- How we pick our next book? Every round, everyone writes down 3 book suggestions on small slips of paper and puts them in a bag or bowl. We will draw the papers out one by one, and the last paper remaining is our next read! You can reuse your same 3 suggestions for the next round or swap them out for new ones.
- Zero Pressure!: Our main goal is to build a motivating, warm community to read. There is absolutely no pressure to finish the book if u didn’t like it! Just join and tell us why u didn’t like it.

In this book club we lean towards female authors and women-centered narratives in English. Where possible we will choose from amongst current or recent years' Staff Picks and Bestsellers to ensure availability of the books to borrow, as well as accessible and approachable material.
We meet the first Tuesday of each month at 19.00.
The book club is full and can't accept new members.
