Payment deadlines

If you have received a library fee or replacement charge, you will be notified by invoice in your E-Boks the day after your library fee or replacement charge has been created. The invoice is from Finans og Betaling and contains details of the payment deadline. 

If you do not meet the payment deadline stated in the invoice, Finans og Betaling will issue reminders.

A reminder from Finans og Betaling adds an additional fee of DKK 250 for failure of payment within the deadline.

If you have received a reminder from Finans og Betaling, the additional fee must be paid, even if you have already paid the original fee to the library.
