Payment deadlines

Patrons who receive late fines and/or replacement fees, will receive an invoice in their e-boks with a payment deadline from Payment and Debt Guidance on the first business day after receiving the fine and/or fee. 

If you do not meet the payment deadline stated in the letter, Payment and Debt Guidance will send reminder letters. A reminder letter from Payment and Debt Guidance costs DKK 250. 

If you have received a reminder letter from Payment and Debt Guidance, the reminder costs must be paid, even if you have paid/will pay the fine and/or fee to the library.
