Kirsten Mikkelsen Ravnbøl shares her insights on how to prepare tasty baby food and create pleasant mealtime experiences that ensure your child receives the recommended nutrition from both food and milk during the first year of life.

About Kirsten

Kirsten Mikkelsen Ravnbøl is a nutrition specialist in food for young children, with nearly 25 years of experience as a teacher, speaker, author, recipe developer, and consultant in nutrition for children aged 0–3.

She is co-author of the Danish Health Authority’s and Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s book “Mad til spædbørn & småbørn” (now titled “Mad til små”), as well as the Aarstiderne publication “BABYMAD”.

You'll also hear about how children develop their eating skills and how to support their courage to try new foods—helping your child grow to enjoy eating.
