Blocked account

Information on what to do if your patron account has been blocked.

If your account is blocked, you cannot place loan holds or renew materials via the website. You also cannot use the library's e-materials.

The block may be due to:

  • You owe the library more than 200 DKK. The block is automatically lifted when you pay what you owe.
  • You have lost your health card. In this case, the block is not automatically lifted when you get a new card.
