New PIN Code

If you have forgotten your PIN code or wish to make a new one, follow the steps below.

Log in with MitID

How to change PIN code:

  1. Log in to the website
  2. Go to "My Account"
  3. Create a new PIN code under "User Profile"
  4. Save the selected PIN code

If it has been more than 2 years since you last had a loan:

If you haven't borrowed anything from Copenhagen Libraries for more than two years, your patron account has been deleted from the library system. Therefore, you need to sign up as a patron again.

Register as a patron with Mit ID
