A relaxing session for you and your child.
Join Atsumi Kobayashi when she teaches the art of rythmique, which focuses on strengthening the connection and attachtment between parent and child using music, exercise and relaxation and improving the body sensation and balance of the child. The lesson consists of these three elements: Well-being, music and movement.
The session is free of charge and open to children from 0 to 3 years old, as long at they can hold their head up and their parents of course.
It is recommended that you bring a bath towel or a blanket.
Atsumi Kobayashi is a volunteer at Østerbro Library and has been an art of rythmique instructor for 5 years and recently moved to Copenhagen with her family from Japan.
