Scan and copy at the library

Scanning is free of charge.

Generel information:

• It is free to scan with Princh 
   
• You do not have to register as a Princh user or as a borrower
   
• All entries on the copier are encrypted and no data is stored either locally on the copier or in the Princh cloud

How to scan documents with Princh:

1. On the display press 'Scan to e-mail'
    
2. Select a source for scanning: 'Glass' or 'Document feeder'
    
3. Select the paper size for the document you are scanning
    
4. Place your document and press 'Scan now'
    
5. Enter your email address and press 'Continue'
    
6. Select and enter a password in the upper field of the display, and repeat the password in the lower field (The password is used to download the scanned document and must be at least four characters long.)
    
7. The scanned document is now sent to the selected e-mail address with Princh A/S as the sender
    
8. Open the email, click on the link and enter the selected password
    
9. You can now download the scanned document and save it to your device

When you have received the email from Princh with a link to your scanned document, you now have 24 hours to download the document. After 24 hours, the document is automatically deleted again and cannot be accessed or downloaded.

How to copy with Princh:

1. On the display press 'Copy'
    
2. Select a copy source: 'Glass' or 'Document Feeder'
    
3. Select the paper format for the document that you want to copy, e.g. A4 or A3
    
4. Place your document on the glass or in the document feeder and press 'Scan now'
    
5. Choose whether the document should be copied in color or black and white
    
6. Pay with your preferred payment method
    
7. Once the payment has been completed, the document will be copied
    
8. If you want a receipt for the copy job, you can press 'Receipt' and have the receipt sent by email
    
9. Take your copy job from the copier
