If Your Library Card is Blocked

If your library card has been blocked it is not possible for you to borrow materials, place loan holds or renew materials. All access to our digital resources will also be blocked.

A blocked library card may be due to:

• Debt to the libraries exceeding 200 DKK.

• Lost or stolen health/library card.

How to unblock it:

• A blocked health/library card will not be automatically repealed when you receive a new card.

• A blocked library card will automatically be repealed when we receive payment for the full amount.
